I’ve worked with Erin to purchase a new home twice now, and she is the best!

Erin was exceptional in helping us with our cross country move! She drove us to so many different areas until we found one we loved. She was patient, kind, and gives amazing honest reviews of things in the area! I feel like a local even though we’ve only been here 2 months!

Erin was amazing and understanding throughout the sale of first home, which was emotional. Even with all the crazy twists, turns, and “ghosts” through the sale she calmly guided us to the end. While at the same time patiently showing houses and searching for the perfect home to grow into. As stressful as the selling and buying process is…I couldn’t imagine doing it without Erin every step of the way!

This is our second time buying a house with Erin Rickman. She is the absolute best! He goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make her clients happy and to find their dream home. We would never use another realtor.
